DISCUSSION FORUMS

DISCUSSION FORUMS feature speakers representing different faith communities who share their core beliefs and traditions. A question-and-answer period and small group discussions provide additional opportunities for the audience to gain knowledge and understanding of faiths other than their own. Light refreshments are served at the conclusion of the forum.

“A Question of Faith” helped foster greater understanding and bridge the gap between three of the Abrahamic faith traditions. Reverend Tim Rogers-Martin of Eastminster Presbyterian Church, Rabbi Patricia Hickman of Temple Israel of Brevard, and Mohsen Alhaddad of the Islamic Center of Brevard County answered questions from the audience and then the audience gathered in groups with participants of other faiths.
